Meet the team:

Rick Senat [Chairman]:

Rick Senat joined Warner Bros in 1977, becoming Senior Vice President for Business Affairs in EMEA. He worked on key projects including the “Harry Potter” films, “Batman” & “Superman” and managed negotiations for the acquisition of rights for many Warner’s filmmakers including Stanley Kubrick, as well as the film and associated rights in the Harry Potter books. Instrumental in setting up Warner’s new European operations, including Warner Bros. Consumer Products and Warner Bros. International Theatres, he retired from Warner after 25 years.

He was a Director and owner of the legendary and recently revived film Classic British company Hammer Film Productions (selling the company in 2007). He was Chairman of the London Film Museum, located at County Hall London. He sold his retail and property interests (together with Jonathan Sands) at County Hall to Merlin Entertainments in 2013. He has produced films and plays, recent Executive Producer credits include The Casual Vacancy (BBC/HBO), Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (Warner Bros), Fantastic Beasts and The Crimes of Grindelwald (Warner Bros).

He (together with Jonathan Sands) was one of the owners of a number of Harry Potter shops around the world and the new London Film Museum at Covent Garden, all of which were sold to a major multinational corporation in 2018. He was a Non-Executive Director of Bank Leumi (UK) plc. For 14 years and was a Non-Executive Director of Cineworld Plc (2010-2021), one of the world’s largest theatre groups He has served as Deputy Chairman of the British Film Institute. Currently, he is Non-Executive Chairman of Mad Dog/2020 Casting, one of the UK’s most important casting agencies as well as a Visiting professor at Lincoln University Faculty of Media, Humanities and Technology.

 

Jonathan Sands [CEO]:

Jonathan Sands is an entrepreneur who puts creativity at the heart of everything that he produces. As a trained fine art photographer, he began his life as a commercial photographer at Elstree Film Studios before acquiring Weird and Wonderful, a prop hire company servicing the film industry with unusual set pieces, furniture artefacts.

In 2007 Jonathan was approached by Lucasfilm to promote Star Wars The Exhibition which opened at County Hall by the London Eye which was his first film franchise attraction. In 2008 he founded the London Film Museum, the first privately funded film museum in the UK and met film industry executive Rick Senat where they launched multiple world-class exhibitions including Charlie Chaplin The Great Londoner, Pinewood Studios Water On The Lens, Ray Harryhausen Myths and Legends and Magnum Photo Agency’s, Magnum on Set.

In 2014 they opened ‘Bond in Motion’ in association with EON Productions Ltd, which presented the largest official collection of original James Bond Vehicles which ran successfully for 6 years and welcomed millions of visitors through its doors. He (together with Rick Senat) was one of the owners of a number of Harry Potter shops around the world and the new London Film Museum at Covent Garden, all of which were sold to a major multinational corporation in 2018.

 

Alex Suchet [COO]:

Alex Suchet is an Executive Producer and Creative Technologist. A digital production specialist, Alex began his career in television production for BBC1, before joining legendary digital production company UNIT9 as Vice President, where he led the marketing of award-winning digital campaigns for the likes of Stella Artois, MINI and Kellogg’s.

Alex is the Founder and owner of Mystery Box, an award-winning digital production and design agency where he leads and unites the departments overseen by the Creative Director and Technical Director, by marrying the visual aesthetic with what is technically viable. He has conceived and executed award-winning creative and digital campaigns for Harry Potter, James Bond, Volvo, Dolby Digital, Heathrow, Red Bull, Playboy and HM Government.

He often voices national radio and television commercials across the UK (Ferrari, Mercedes-Benz, Tesco, Schwarzkopf, Transport for London, Turkish Airlines, ATP Finals and Channel 5) and regularly hosts international technology events for Samsung, briefing the global press and showcasing their latest technological developments.

 

Mark Lundin [CTO]:

Mark Lundin is the co-founder of Kuva, an award winning experience design studio, which was formed with the aim to explore the intersection of art, design and technology.

He has over 20 years experience as a designer, technologist & visual artist within the field of interactive & generative which has seen him specialising in creating interactive stories, experiences and installations that explore the emerging role of technology as a means of creative expression. He’s developed award winning work for clients such as Samsung and Google and his work has been exhibited at the V&A and the Science Museum, London.
